Myrtle Collette

Myrtle Collette July 7th 1930 Araluen NSW Myrtle Collett believed in making a success of all she did, showing loyalty to friends, and maintaining her independence. She lived a healthy life, thanks to a positive outlook and "assistance from above", and counted the most memorable time of her life as those years of her marriage to Harry and after her son Donald was born; "...the seventies; Don was growing up, cattle prices were good...". Myrtle told me she could not have lived without her friendships, the cattle and sheep they had grazed, and great neighbours. She was blessed with two grandchildren. Myrtle spent the years til she passed on her 1000 aces at Araluen.
